About the 2020 Future summit
COVID-19 has changed everything. We are all - in our work and our personal lives and our ambitions - disrupted and struggling. With the Future Summit, we will move beyond the paralysis and begin to take back control of crafting the Africa we want.
The annual Future Summit is a space where we invite our diverse global community of change leaders to deconstruct & reshape trends in Africa from all angles and hear from the leading voices shaping the future. This year the stakes are even higher. COVID-19 invites us to think about what is essential and what has been neglected - an opportunity to explore how we can use various resources to support a vision for the continent that is locally-authorized and globally relevant.
The Future Summit is an online convening and community-building event sponsored by Segal Family Foundation and Robert Bosch Stiftung, and powered by drivers of change across the continent.
Join us for a day filled with plenary speakers meant to inspire and provoke, participatory sessions meant to engage and connect; virtual visits to innovation sites across the continent meant to forge partnerships, and networking meant to build relationships.
